Over these past months, Aaron has been working on a major multimedia project for our organisation where he has been able to share his passion and apply his highly developed skills in digital and visual design.

The quality of Aaron’s work has always been of a very high standard, and we have been impressed with his eagerness and ability to stretch our organisation’s thinking and creativity while at the same time remaining open and responsive to our feedback during the course of this project.

Aaron has been a real pleasure to work with professionally, and we have enjoyed his friendliness and joyful nature. We wish him well in his future endeavours.

I still remember the little 14 year old taking his first steps into hospitality. He was our original "juice boy", he didn't know much about our trade but was eager to learn. We have watched him blossom from a new hire into an absolute workhorse. Aaron: It has been a joy to watch you grow into the employee you are today. Rawpro.

Aaron spent 6 months working with us at rawpro as a videographer and photographer. He is an energetic and reliable team member and would be a valuable asset to any team. He is extremely invested in his work and brings passion to everything he does. Aaron is self driven and takes initiative in challenging situations to ensure the best outcome, which means that you can always rely on the job getting done.

He has great punctuality and was always early for both team meetings and shoots with clients. Considering shoots are typically a one hour slot, being early allowed room for error and was great from the client’s perspective as it shows that he respects their time. Aaron was always bringing new ideas to the table and his contributions meant that team meetings were always super constructive. As a whole, he’s a great communicator. Always reaching out if he had any questions and ensuring we knew ahead of time any availability changes.

It was a pleasure having Aaron as a part of our team! He was always excited to be at work which extended to the rest of the team and made for a positive environment. He works well on his feet and is a fast learner which is highly valuable in any professional environment.
